Limitations on Technical Support

Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects and installation assistance. Technical support is offered for current versions of Reality XP software only. Technical support for older versions is available through our online self-help resources. While we are happy to support your usage of our products and will help in overcoming any difficulties you may encounter, Technical Support does not include advanced issues such as problems with third party software development, add-on development, custom panel configurations, or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software.

Technical Support Guidelines

Before submitting any technical support request via this online support form, please ensure that you provide Reality XP Technical Support with a detailed and complete description of your issue. Please include all of the following information to help our technical support staff ensure that your support issue is resolved as quickly as possible:

  • if known, how your issue or error may be reproduced.
  • the full product name and version number (make sure to use the latest version).
  • any other information relevant to the problem.
We cannot reply to emails @comcast.net because of spam settings. Please make sure to use a different email address to contact us.

Make sure you select the correct Simulator build number (check the fs9.exe, fsx.exe or xplane.exe file properties in windows in order to get the version number)
