Problem receiving keys

If you are having trouble receiving keys from the Flight1.com server, please read the following information.

It appears that about 5% of the people requesting keys are having trouble getting them in their email inbox. Here are a few reasons this could be occurring:

  1. Your email address is no longer valid. Users need to make sure they can receive email successfully at the email address used for the order.

  2. Your spam blocker is blocking mail from the Flight1.com servers. You need to make sure you can receive email from keyrequest@flight1.com freely and unaffected by any spam blocker

  3. Your ISP or Internet Security program is blocking zip attachments that have files with the .key extension. If you can receive mail from the Flight1.com servers, but can’t receive mail with the key attachment then it is likely your ISP or Internet Security program is blocking the mail

What can you do if you don't receive your keys? You can use the alternate option: "Download Link via Email". If your current email is no longer valid, you can make the email change request at:
